My first experience working with Fusion 360 to create a 3D object…

I could only scratch the surface of the many features offered on Fusion 360. I felt very overwhelmed while trying to figure out how to make a simple object like a snow globe. As you can see from the pictures, combining the two entities was challenging. Although from the front-side perspective, it looks like a snow globe, from the back, it looks off. An element that was particularly boggling to me was that if you add another object on top of another object, it will result in modifying the first object rather than combining both; for example, when I tried directly drawing the sphere on top of a cylinder, I found the cylinder would have a hole. So, I compromised by creating a sphere separate from the cylinder and combining it by moving the globe on top of the cylinder. I found it difficult to place it ideally on top of the sphere. A technique I wish I had figured out sooner was creating multiple shapes rather than trying to modify and add one particular shape.
