This was an interesting assignment to do. I thought learning to use fusion 360 was a bit of a challenge, but after learning how to use some of the functions, such as sketching shapes and extruding them, it became a lot easier. One big problem I had was learning to move and orient the object in 3D. This was a very interesting introduction to 3-D modeling and I can see it being used to create digital museums. One compromise I had to make was leaving the stock color, as I wasn’t able to figure out how to do so. One technique I wish I learned earlier that would be a good tip for a beginner would be to learn to change planes/views when extruding surfaces so you can see how the outcome is going look before setting final parameters.
